Four years of enterprise post-production at Parmonic - turning raw webinar and event recordings into polished, brand-consistent content for 240+ enterprise and mid-market organizations.
Parmonic is an AI platform for enterprise marketing and training teams. Over 4+ years, I contributed to the post-production of webinar, virtual event, product demo, and marketing content for more than 240 enterprise and mid-market organizations - including Google, Adobe, Zoom, SAP, Siemens AG, Workday, Splunk, Zendesk, and Vimeo.
My role focused on transforming raw recordings into polished, brand-consistent productions: designing layouts, applying motion graphics, building branded templates, optimizing audio and visuals, and preparing content for multiple distribution platforms.
Every client had unique brand guidelines, visual identities, speaker layouts, and delivery requirements. Many webinars featured multiple presenters, requiring layouts to adapt continuously while maintaining a seamless viewing experience.
A major responsibility was ensuring visual consistency across an entire content library. Every webinar, event recording, and marketing asset for a client needed to look identical in style, branding, typography, colors, and motion design, even when produced months apart.
The workload often involved multiple concurrent projects with tight turnaround times. In addition, many organizations refreshed their branding, requiring previously established templates and ongoing video series to be redesigned and updated without disrupting production schedules.
Another challenge was preparing the same content for different platforms by creating horizontal videos, vertical social media edits, square formats, LinkedIn clips, and audio-focused versions while preserving brand consistency across every deliverable.
I developed efficient editing workflows that combined reusable branded templates with project-specific customization. Each production included carefully designed speaker layouts, lower thirds, logo treatments, transitions, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with the client's identity.
For multi-speaker webinars, I managed dynamic layout changes throughout each session while ensuring every transition remained clean and visually consistent. I also managed a small editing team to maintain quality standards, streamline production, and deliver projects on schedule.
When clients rebranded, I updated existing templates and redesigned ongoing video series to reflect new brand guidelines without affecting the overall production workflow. I also repurposed long-form recordings into platform-specific assets, including LinkedIn videos, vertical reels, square videos, highlight clips, and audio-form formats, to maximize the value of every recording.
Contributed to the successful delivery of 1000+ enterprise video projects across more than 240 client accounts, helping global marketing and training teams publish professional, brand-consistent content efficiently at scale. The project demonstrates expertise in enterprise post-production, scalable editing workflows, branding systems, and adapting long-form content into multiple high-quality formats.
